When booking Move-in/Move-out you must select the following in your package:

*Inside Cabinet *Doors & Window
If your home is larger than a 2 bed and 2 bath you are REQUIRED to select deep cleaning. Due to larger home needs a certain allocated time to provide you the best SCS Services.
How to determine if your home or facility is slightly Dirty, Pretty Dirty, or Very Dirty?
If your home or facility have been professional clean within the last year, you should select "Very Dirty"
If your home has been cleaned within the last 6 months, you should select "Pretty Dirty."
If your home has been cleaned in the last 3 months, you should select "Slightly Dirty"

The client is responsible for replenishing their own toilet papers, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo, and detergents. Cleaning supplies and Equipment will be provided by SCS. We kindly request you to stow all your valuables away.
Payment is due before the cleaning Date. The client may request additional cleaning with extra charges. Complaints and unsatisfactory services must allow management site review. The party receiving services may request corrections to the service within 24 hours of the completion of the service. The receiving party MUST allow a 7 day cure period to Suite Cleaning Services after submitting a request for corrections. Cleaning Services is not liable for any previous damages to the facility or area.
Suite Cleaning Services has the right to decline services without liabilities and hold harmless due to unsafe work environments and biohazards; not limited to no running water, no lights, no electricity, drainage issues, no heat, and discrimination.
